Project #4- Kaleidoscopes
In this project we took individual photos and cropped an edited them. The we created copies and changed the direction of them and put them all in a grid. The final product is a kaleidoscope of the same photo.

Framing and Composition Best Edited Photos
These are my best edited photos for the framing and composition techniques. I walked around my city and took photos based on these techniques and then I edited them in a software called LightRoom. These are my favorite edited photos from the eight techniques. I learned about photography in this project and enjoyed doing it a lot/

Final Contact Sheet
In my photography class I studied framing compositions. There are eight total techniques: rule of thirds, frame within a frame, close up, bird's eye view, bug's eye view, leading lines, diagonals and filling the frame. I took my own framing and composition techniques and created this contact sheet in a software called LightRoom. Photographers use contact sheets to organize different photos. It is a good way to categorize photos so it is well organized and easy to follow. I created it by selecting all my favorite photos, giving them the correct captions based on the techniques, customizing the colors, dimensions, sizes and widths of everything. I think that using these framing techniques and also using contact sheets is important and I enjoyed learning about it.

Project 1: Elements and Principles Poster
For this project we learned about the elements of principles. We walked around the school and took pictures based on the different categories. We also found professional photographs that belong in each category. Elements are the materials used to make art and the process of how it is made. The principles are the result and how one puts all those pieces together to create artwork. When I take photos on my own, I tend to focus on creating an interesting photo but I never pay attention to the different elements that make up cool photos like texture or contrast.

My Summer
Over the summer I went to Florida and California. I really enjoyed the sunny weather and the amazing sunsets I saw. My favorite part about summer was spending the day in the heat. I loved going to the pool, beach, going on hikes, going to amusement parks, swimming in rivers, and tanning in the sun. However, I also really enjoyed when it would cool down and I could sit on the grass, beach or a balcony and watch a really pretty sunset. My favorite sunsets are in California but I also really like the Florida ones. This picture was taken in Florida on the balcony of a really fancy hotel. My family and I sat on the patio with really cute and fancy drinks and we took pictures and watched the beautiful sunset. I will always love the transition from a hot sunny day to a cooler beautiful sunset at night and I think it is one of my favorite parts about summer.
